4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
To ensure safe logistics and prevent transit fraud on valuable electronics, the following terms apply to COD bookings:
Automated Order Verification
For high-value smartwatches, multi-port GaN chargers, or audio gear, our automated operations desk may send a WhatsApp confirmation or place a brief verification call prior to dispatch.
- Please ensure exact cash or UPI QR scan payment is ready at the time of delivery agent arrival.
- Courier delivery personnel are authorized to hand over the parcel once the payment or OTP verification is completed.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking & Notifications
You will never be left wondering where your package is:
- Instant Dispatch Alert: As soon as your order leaves our hub, you receive an automated SMS and email containing the Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct courier tracking link.
- Out-For-Delivery Alerts: On the morning of delivery, an SMS alert is triggered with the delivery executive's contact details.

6. Tamper-Proof Packaging & Transit Insurance
All electronics are shipped in multi-layer shock-resistant corrugated outer boxes sealed with branded tamper-evident security tape.
Important Parcel Inspection Protocol
If the outer package or security tape appears visibly ripped, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT. Request the courier agent to mark it as "Rejected Due to Damaged Box" and inform our helpline immediately at +91 89796 54320.
7. Undelivered Shipments & Address Modifications
- Address Changes: If you made an error in your delivery address or PIN code during checkout, notify our support team within 2 hours of placing the order so we can adjust it prior to warehouse dispatch.
- Customer Unavailability: If you are unreachable during the delivery attempt, the courier will attempt delivery again the following business day. Packages are held at the local hub for up to 5 days before returning to our facility.
